Big Spoon Pillow Return & Refund Policy

30-Day Comfort Guarantee

We want you to love your Big Spoon Pillow.

Try it in your home, in your real routine. If it’s not right for you, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we’ll make it right.

To initiate a return request, email us at support@bigspoonpillow.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A brief explanation of your experience

  • A photo of the pillow in your space

This helps us understand your feedback and continue improving the product.

If your request qualifies under our Comfort Guarantee, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.


Return Shipping

Due to the size and cost of return shipping, we do not require the pillow to be returned in most cases. If a return shipment is required, we will provide instructions.


Eligibility Conditions

To qualify for a refund:

  • Requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery

  • The product must not show intentional damage or misuse

  • Only one Comfort Guarantee refund per household

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.


Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.
